In the last 22 years we have successfully implemented over 500 projects in merchandising, promotion and trade marketing for major foreign and domestic companies. Since our formation in 2000 we have constantly been expanding in terms of turnover, number of projects and types of activity.

2022
Launch of asset management service with the first two projects for Skyeng and Skysmart companies.
Establishing of Recruitment Department as a separate business unit for recruiting services for employers.
Launch of Sberdevice project for promotion of Sber smart products and subscription services. Retail sales assistants project for Tinkoff Bank.
AROUND GROUP starts to expand overseas with our first foreign representative office in Dubai!

2021
Active development of Pop-ups sector to promote our clients’ sales. Development of «Personal managers» and «Сonsultants» projects for retail sales of JTI Company (Ploom brand).
Organization of the presentation of the documentary «The real truth of fighting the pandemic!» for Karcher Group, followed by a successful large-scale country meeting and the press conference for the company amid severe pandemic and time restrictions.

2020
Filming of a documentary for Karcher Group (Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG): «The real truth of fighting the pandemic!»
Development of the unique concierge service project; integration of online and offline sales for Electrolux Company.
Development and launching of remote control system for 237 Shell gas stations on the basis of Around online reporting system Optimum. The system provides remote check of the compliance of the product displays with the merchandising standards of the company by photo to set up relevant updates by the analysts. After Shell’s exit in 2022 and transfer of the assets to LUKOIL the system is to be updated to the new owner‘s requirements.

2019
We organize the process of remote control for retail outlets based on our OPTIMUM FRS platform to optimize control of merchandising standards.
A year of new digital projects: creation of remote training system and chatbot Easy Learning, development of cloud service for remote sales staff management – TUTAPP. Successful implementation of our internal project for training and development of field staff – AROUND Field Academy.
We hold the largest sport festival Locals Only! in St. Petersburg with total reach of 150 millions in Russia and abroad.

2018
We launch the first large project for pop-up stores! This is our first experience in opening retail outlets in shopping centers. We organize new retail outlet on «turnkey» basis starting from choice of location and finishing by sales management.
Our customer portfolio is enhanced by first state-owned company with 7 successful contracts. We start a major project for a gas stations network for merchandising, training and audit issues.
Also, we hold a successful sport festival "Locals Only!" for a second time!

2017
We start a new sales channel – Brand Ambassadors project.
We start imports of corporate gifts from China.
We participate in FIFA 2018 supplying their volunteers with foam gloves and providing navigation of guests during the football championship in Russia.
In sport marketing, the company holds our first large sport festival LocalsOnly! with a reach of tens of thousands of people throughout Russia.

2016
We go beyond traditional trade-marketing services and set up DIGITAL department for promotion in digital environments. We help our regular clients hold big events (festivals and exhibitions), produce and mount customer displays. We enter sport marketing area and are ready to take any other directions with any level of complexity to promote our clients’ products to their customers.

2013
We start large-scale and long-term projects and recruiting more personnel and increasing office space. We begin to work with such previously non-core areas as airline services, photographic equipment promo-consultants, promotions of branded acoustics and multimedia with the use of promotional websites, financial sector companies. We set up AROUND school of managers to increase our team’s qualifications.

2011
Development and implementation of project-divisional structure of the company. We start a new large outstaffing project and regular motivation programs amid wide use of Mystery Shopper tool. Promo-projects in Belarus and Ukraine. Event management projects. We form a single brand –AROUND Sales & Marketing. Our client base now consists of 100+ companies and the number of employees reaches 1.500 people.

2009
Diversification of outsourcing services. Formation of a promotion department for DIY chain retailers, cosmetics and electronics market. Our first major project for promotional staff in retail outlets of the electronics retail chain.
Launch of our own platform OPTIMUM Field Reporting System (FRS), development of management analytical reporting.

2005
The beginning of active regional expansion. We hold 2 nationwide projects with a reach over 1000 localities and form regional staff teams working to today. We enter the telecommunications market and set up a department of design and production of POSM and souvenirs.

2003
We launch outsourcing for FMCG merchandising and run our first motivational program. In short time the service becomes really popular among our new and regular clients!

2001
We start merchandising audits; our main clients for the service are from FMCG and pharmacy sector. We start development of OPTIMUM software for collection and analysing field audit data.

2000
The company was founded in June 2000. Our first projects are dedicated to development and implementation of merchandising concepts, sales consulting and retail audit. Our company staff totals to 6 employees working with two clients on four projects.
